What is your primary product or service?
Install and repair of air conditioners and heaters.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I joined the Navy in 1965 and worked up the rank and because of hard work they rewarded me with Air Conditioning school. After I departed the service I went to work for Benders of Mesa for two years and started my own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have grown to 10 trucks by word of mouth, we do not advertise and we have 11 people wroking. We have never had a complaint to the BBB which we are a member and are Accredited A+. We offer quality service at a value price.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We service most of the valley.

Our location is only our office and a place we work out of, the location of the jobs are the air conditioners we are working on. We are at 330 E. Chilton, in Chandler just off Ariz. Ave.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards and checks. We also accept cash.
Which areas do you service?
Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Parts of Queen Creek, Parts of Higley, Ahwatukee, Maricopa & Parts of Laveen.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Dan Novak is the owner and Bob Knowlton is the Service Manager. Jason Rice, Gary Harrison are the main service Tech's with two other and Brandon and Neil are installers. Kathy Novak is the office manager. We make our duct in house.
What are your hours of operation?
8am to 5 Pm weekdays and overtime emergency service.

That our service and installs quality meet thier satisfacton and that they would recommend us to others.
